You are of course referring to Flavio Companeschi who was pinged for having Cannabis in his system after winning a World or Euro (cant remember which) title in KF2. One toke was all it took for him!

Shouldn't have to cost you so much each year, surely you should come under the same banner as anyone else over 18 and under 45 who has one medical in this period. Maybe every now and then a quick scribble from your doctor to confirm you still require it (but that'd probably cost Ł50, ripoff!!)
