Wow I expect steering wheel, pedals, seat, airbox, radiator, wheel, spark plug, carb and axle protectors will be next!... hell maybe we'll even start adding protectors to sprocket protectors just in case they get damaged! Infact why dont we just wrap the entire kart in bubble wrap, then no one will ever damage the underneath and you can run kerbs all you want??

Of course the easy option would be for circuits to MAN UP and get tough on people launching themselves over kerbs, but that's too sensible an idea for Motorsport. Jeez I was FOR kerb use up until this saga, I even argued with Itpro regarding the subject before now, but this is ridiculous, we all survived for decades with no chassis protectors, why the need for them now??
