How can you say that the club died a death and had dwindling numbers? the club was started in the last two months of 2008, infact if i remember correctly they didnt begin negotiating with teeside until sept 08. alot of effort and time was put into trying to get the club up and running for the 09 season. month on month they got a better turn out, well in cadets anyway! id say that yes they would have had forcasts and projections for the next year and i have nodout that they would have met those. 2010 would have been a succcess nodout with all the effort that had been put in from certain members of the committe who wanted the club to succeed. i didnt say that you mentioned they didnt pay the going rate, that was mentioned in another thread. the fact of the matter is that i was aware that DYKC had all fees waiverd by teeside for the first year. im sure that was not the case and they were paid something.
as for MSA racing being better than NON MSA, i didnt say that there were better drivers in MSA racing, i said that you get MORE better drivers "as in the number of entrants". id rather race against 10/15 good drivers than 2 or 3. and as i have said you know that theres a better chance that your racing on a level playing field and the karts are to a "standard"
i cant comment on WL, its common knowledge what happend to the WLKC and why that went belly up and im sure that the earlier thread was nothing more a dig at the old commitee of the WLKC ie you read betwwen the lines!
