I've seen this advertised on the Kartmania website, and it says you bid for a major prize, that is MSA license, gloves, boots, ARKS test, racesuit and training/a days race...

Why does it say bid? Is this actually just a charity auction, not a prize at all? What is this? It says it is open both days too, but doesn't list any time anywhere?
