To be honest, this might be a good thing for the short term. If we accept that TKM is in trouble and needs saving then it makes no sense whatsoever to have a lot of small grids around the place. It makes a whole lot more sense to group everyone in a certain region to one or two tracks and to make really fantastic big grid racing there. What we each should do individually is identify tracks which already have good TKM followings and go to those tracks. Thus we build up a strong following of TKMs at certain tracks, which will attract others.
No one really will want to change to a class that has 8 or less competing on a regular basis, but if you grouped all those together to make a 20 or more kart-race then people may actually truely consider racing TKM...thus numbers grow.
