Not myself but seen a couple of things that have amused me...

someone fitted a new seat but fitted it in a rush i presume. They plonked the kart on the grid, climbed in and tried to drive away....but they'd fitted the seat about an inch too low and just sat there with the wheels spinning and the kart rocking

And another one...

New steering column fitted but fitted upside down so track rods are attached above the column instead of below. They went the drive off the grid turning right but the kart went left into the grid dividing wall.
