issue of "why are the others so dear"
Its usual for a kart manufacturer to have a top range and a lesser SPEC range, Birel ,Tonykart etc so what's the exeption here, perhaps JKH have pitched them too cheap at the asking price.
At £1995 people would have probarbly accepted it as the differential in price was nearer to top range and it would not have appeared "cheap".
JKH nor Intrepid are going to put their reputation on the line with junk ,comments I heard recently centered more around the lack of CHROME bling !!!! but all that glitters doesnt go and chroming is now expensive.. Looks ideal for a clubbie racer to me,takes Rotax,KF3 Clubman and Blue, also 2010 TKM compliant, and showed its potential first time out recently at Wigan.
We have raced on a budget chassis origionally 3 years ago for £1295 now for 2010 £1795 admittedly at club / NKRA level and the trophy cabinets are full,07 class champion ,08 and 09 vice champion, but isn't CLUB level where most karting is at.
Dont knock the STORM till you have ridden one (pun) at least.
