Replacement of Entrant Licence Ł37.00
Therapeutic Exemption Certificate Ł44.00
Professsional Status Exemption
Certificate Ł44.00
Replacement Therapeutic or
Professsional Certificate Ł27.00
*This fee is to be paid in addition to the difference
between the cost of the existing licence and the new
licence.
When two or more Competition Licences for one
person are applied for at the same time, the total fee
will be that of the most expensive licence, plus half the
cost of the other Licence(s). These reductions will not
apply to Entrant Licences. Licences once issued may
not be returned for refund.
