You can download the video to your PC from this address...

http://www.wtpuk.com/video/files/page19-movie.mp4

Put that address into Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and it will prompt you to save the file. Save it and you will have the video (in MP4 format). However I could only get the video to play in VideoLAN VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org/).
