Lightly roughen axle surface with fine emery paper , clean with carb or brake cleaner , clean inside of hubs and refit with new bolts . Also look on RS components website at axle collars , they come in 2 piece and 1 piece , they make an ideal clamp at the back of the hub to help prevent slippage or as a locking bearing collar . 6mm grub screws should have a small surface dimple drilled into the axle for the grub to locate into and then loctited inplace then pull a cable tie over the collar and grubs so if they start to undo then the cable tie stops them from moving . Dimple the axle thru the bearing collar with either a 5mm or 5.5mm drill , keep it central and you wont hurt the thread in the bearing sleeve . Do them one at a time and secure as you go and the axle will spin freely once you have finished .
