Stiffler, you may well be right and Maranello may have indeed struck gold. However you need to ask yourself why Maranello have made so many significant changes on this kart over the RS7. If it is successful we won't know why. Furthermore, we won't know whether some of the changes are having a positive effect while others are having a negative effect.

When all's said and done, it could be a revolution or it could be a turkey. In the current economic conditions, you'd be frankly insane to take a punt on it and buy one right now. If it does indeed turn out to be uncompetitive, not only will you need to get a different chassis, you'll have trouble selling this for a fraction of what you've paid for it.

Wait and see is the best ploy.
