Hi prokart,
PFI run Cadet grids at every meeting. Friday is 2-stroke testing as well as Saturday if not a race weekend. Cadets have their own hourly sessions, the length of time depending on how many other classes happen to be there.
Saturday is really good value for Cadets because you get the whole hour from 9.0 to 10.0am and in sessions every hour after until late afternoon depending on available light.
Lincolnshire Kart Racing Club run Cadet grids at every club meeting on their Fulbeck circuit, just across the fields from PFI. See their excellant website for details.
Tattershall karting give really good value and are open every day except Mondays (if I remember correctly). You have open access to the track meaning that you can get a lot of hours driving in a day. Tel. 01526 344566.
There's a small kart track about a couple of miles outside Newark on the righthand side of the Lincoln road (as you drive to Lincoln), but that's all I know about it.
South Yorks Kart Club at Wombwell(near Barnsley) run Cadet grids. Not too far from Nottingham and a very friendly family club: well worth the journey.
Hope this helps.
Dave.
