Bit off the subject here ,but, the oily film on the ponds is a natural phenominom from the detritus at the bottom of the pond breaking down. Wonder if I should sue Exeter airport for the oil film on my koi pond we are on the flightpath at least once a month it must be them.

As for staying within the limitations as laid down within the Planning consent,things can be one way for years, but if the right noise comes
from the right (wrong) direction then things may be forced ,rightly or wrongly, to change.

If people don't want to live in a noisy enviroment,which I personally don't think Dunks is, they shouldn't move within 5 miles of 2 race tracks,both motorsports, AND an airfield AND within 9 miles of an International airport,then expect to change everything.

Plenty of places on Dartmoor/Exmoor and Bodmin Moor that are for sale. Oh silly me ,no quick convenient access to a main arterial route to London (A30/ A303). If I moved to Hounslow or Feltham and kicked off would i get a support group banning the use of Heathrow?

NIMBY's Ha ! Not in my backyard. OMG I've just become one.

Last post of the night just drafting a letter to the local Council ,the light outside is too bright and the Church bells wake me up in the morning..............
