If the NIMBY's win it will be a very sad day indeed and best of look to Mr Mansell et al.

No doubt if the Council and Court had taken in to account only complaints by people who had lived in the area since the day karting started at Dunkeswell or lived within a radius of say 5 miles there would be no case to answer.

If the NIMBY's win no doubt they will have a go at Smeathorpe next,Bangers,Rods and F2 stocks , and about 5 miles away as the crow flies. Or even try and get the former WW2 airfield Dunk's is attached to closed .

It happened in Newton lets hope the Court see's sense this time.
