Why do you want to keep the governor?

It will limit the rpm to about 3600 and the governor is usually removed to allow higher rpm on buggys and karts.

You will probably find what you're looking for on YouTube by typing in something like Honda governor adjustment or gx270.

Or try Honda lawnmower on YouTube.
