it might sound obvious but try putting the senior on the bottom. It might be a tight fit between the wheel arches but most just squeeze in. I find ours will go through the rear door with wets on, with slicks I just whip hub and wheel off together. In this lower position, I can slide the kart forward on the kart trolley, tip it forward so the nose is in the van, lift the back so I can kick the trolley out of the way, then just slide it in. I can do something similar onto the shelf, slide the kart forward on the trolley so its just balancing on the front bar, lower the back so I can hook the nose on the shelf, then lift the back and push. either of these methods, might be easier with some trolleys, than others and yes, it can be tricky. obviously, when I can I ask someone for a lift :-)
