The one with no lights could possibly be the bi-colour led, red/green.

Just go carefully to expose the battery but be mindful that there is a contact strip at each end of the battery that needs to be exposed and preserved to solder the new battery to.
You may have either a three cell battery (most common) or a single battery.
I get my batteries from MDS battery:
www.mdsbattery.co.uk/
If it's the three cell you can ask them to look at my account: Alan Reynolds. there will be one on my last invoice.
Take the TX, with the loop at the top, and side with the cover removed facing you. The battery is on the LHS. Measuring in from the Left hand edge, draw a line 3mm in, vertically from top to bottom. Draw another line 18mm from the same edge. Now, measuring up from the bottom edge, 8mm, draw a horizontal line. Also, measure up 61mm from the botton edge, for another line. The battery, or batteries, is/are within this rectangle.
You can always give me a bell on my home phone 01992 466937. No anonymity with me.
