The synergy has a bit more grip but using the extra low setting, couple of psi less in the hot weather and occasionally the 1000 axle(tall driver) it can be loosened up.
Having run many zips for over 2 years before switching, the synergy is a vastly superior chassis in build quality. You could easily run one synergy chassis for 2-3 years and the new tyre should suit it even more. So it is also a much more cost effective dad and lad chassis.
If we had our time in cadet again we would do it all on a synergy.
