Is it a factor of: its the end of the 'season' Most people have spent their 2015 'budget' already Xmas is coming. I know theres the argument for getting ideas etc for 2016 and placing orders for your new chassis for next year etc but personally speaking its hard for some - me included - to justify shelling out on a big spend this month with xmas coming. Going to the show IS a great day out and there are some fab deals to be had and much to learn from just talking to the suppliers but when we go, i want to see just kart stuff, not loosely associated distracting stuff like cars. I said it before, it would be better, in my opinion, if there were live demos and potentially test drives available. Maybe an engine builder doing a live rebuild or part rebuild etc. Why not increase the entry price but include a voucher to spend at the show ( so entry cost remains the same } therefore incentivising people to spend money on the stands - eg £20 entry with a £10 voucher to redeem if you spend over £30 in one transaction etc.
