I'm posting this as a discussion springboard. TVKC have announced that they will be trialing the CIK Detachable Front Fairings (aka bumpers) at race meetings from from Dec 2015 and through their winter series. These will become an MSA requirement for all clubs from 1st March 2016 in Junior and Senior classes. Should the Front Fairing be out of position on entering Parc Ferme it will attarct a non-appealable penalty of 10 places. Will it prevent loading and improve driving standards or will it create new problems and headaches? Anyone have thoughts or expriences from taking part in Euro racing and using them?
