Guys, I've just been cleaning my kart after practicing on it yesterday. The kart ran faultlessly all day.

However I've just found the black wire broken where it joins the white plug that pushes onto the coil. The kart still starts so I was wondering what this wire does and do I need to buy a new loom?

Can anyone advise please?
