I keep seeing the banner advert for Buckmore Park saying that Lewis Hamilton was discovered there.

Yet if you research things, it appears he was in fact discovered not by them but by the late Martin Hines of Zip karts in Hoddesdon, driving in his first novice race at Rye House.

This makes more sense as Lewis came from the nearby town of Stevenage.

Is here any evidence to the contrary?
