You can run rotax at club level on a reasonable budget. Same goes for X30. The biggest cost will be if you need help with the mechanical side. Cost will be tyres - so the same for all classes. Look for decent grids at your local circuit.
Tony, kosmic, - all same - just different colours.
Praga is a cheaper frame, CRG, and the other frames all have good reputations but the advantage of the OTK frame stable is that you will always find someone in the paddock with spares and knowledge to help you with set up.
