it shouldnt be a circular argument, and not all set-up is a waste of time. it all depends what you are chasing.

you can never optimise for all conditions, but you can optimise for the most common conditions to get an overall optimum.

im sure the 80kg and support at the brgs will make a significat difference using your moment measurement. but will it be significant on the track? :)
