Is this the MSA's fault?

Surely this comes under the jurisdiction of Shenninton kart club and its TKM Clubman regulations.

Entry is at the discretion of the committee but I find it strange that they discriminate against a driver who has entered S1.

I understand that the regs are there to keep costs down but seeing as the TKM regs are so draconian and the clubman class have to use used tyres which prevent chequebook karting, then the exclusion of an S1 driver is utterly bonkers because they cannot influence Clubman finances.

I would hope they allow him to enter as the other drivers seem to want to race against him but I won't be holding my breath, I enjoy living too much.

The 4Kg handicap isn't unreasonable as weight handicap is used in other sports to attempt to level competition.
