Yes, B finals, who would have thought it! Not many places gets B-finals in anything nowdays.

Paul, with regards to driving standards, the disrespect shown on track now in MSA racing (party due to the overly safe bumpers), is staggering.

I'd say it's a true reflection of the throw away, want it now, don't give 2 hoots about anyone else society we live in.

[rose-tinted glasses on] With the "retro/F100/classic" karts the respect required is inherent in the design of the karts. If you deliberately try to punt someone or go for a move that is not on, in all likelyhood the offending party ends upsidedown. If that isn't a deterrent I don't know what is!

You only have look at the IKR scene to see karting IS booming, if you look in the right places. It's no longer seen as the poorer cousin either (F100 is a prime example).

The MSA/CIK have gotten it horribly wrong and "Sanctioned" karting as a whole has suffered. TKM should be booming as an entry/economy class at MSA/ABKC level and it's pretty much dead in the water.

I don't actually see how they can turn it around, and the manufacturers probably wouldn't want to support multi-make classes anymore like they did in the past, as they all keep developing their own small monopolies with 1 make classes popping up all over the place.............
