Hi all, hopefully some can help :)
One thing i always struggle with it lubricating the axle bearings. During the cleaning of the chassis and what not some cleaning fluid always gets inside the bearings and you can quite obviously hear them running with no lube/grease. I usually manage to force some grease back in but there's got to be a better way? They dont have the little grease holes in them so i suppose you'd called them sealed?
Now i've noticed some with axle bearings that have no seals/sides on the bearing, which would make greasing a whole lot easier! Is it just a case of digging the seals out the side of my current ones or have i got to buy special ones?
Don't really care for 'free rolling' bearings where people try and get the chassis to roll a free as possible, i have enough grunt as it is!
Thanks, Thomas...............
