To be fair completely numb, a solution would be to have some sort of teacher system with a loop on the back of the wheel and another on the hub, you could connect a short steel wire like on a winch between the 2...however it would need designing properly and testing for loads etc etc...that would work for the rear tyres because the axle soins with the tyres but not on the front

The other alternative which I have on my kart in a lot of places are small d clip retainers,,,there are little holes drilled into the thread, a nut goes on then the clip slips on after so even if the nut loosens, it can't get past the clip...just an extra security device
