Hi

Order a version of Jet-Tech Pro online a few weeks ago and didn't get a link or email to download the sofware and have consequently opened a dispute with them on paypal after no contact from several emails and I've even left a message after failing to get through on the phone. I recall seeing posts from them on here are they still around?
