The final line of the extract says:-
"This indicates that the heat dissipated from a magnesium heat sink is comparable to the alumin[i]um heat sink."
The conclusion appears to be that there is almost NO substantial difference in heat loss rate between the two in the REAL world! And that doesn't take into account that fact that Mag Rims are usually THICKER than Ali ones which one would expect it to make the Thicker Mag rims lose heater more slowly.
Just see how THAT research matches what some people claim! I cannot guarantee that research is 100% accurate but at least those making the claim have actually TESTED and MEASURED the stuff!
