Maybe if you contacted the MSA directly then you would get a response - can't really expect them to monitor every forum. As the MSA granted the ABKC the right to run the national series - including the official championship classes then it does not seem totally unreasonable for them to refuse another championship series for the same classes as that would most likely dilute entries and could make both non-viable. IOt would not be in the interest of the ABKC to support a rival series although they may have done so. Many clubs have restrictions on the number of meetings they can hold each year and running another Just as there is a difference of opinion when a new class is introduced, so there will be similar disagreements over additional national championships national series at club meetings could push up grid numbers to a level where regular club members feel they are losing too much track time.
