Hi mk7r, thanks for the advice,. The pistons were both in flush but they have come out so the pads are fully touching the disc now as they normally do when the system is fully pressuresd up.

In terms of the calliper it is fitted on a floating axle carrier so it is higher than the cylinder, I will take it off so it can hang lower and find. Something to stop the pistons coming out to far.
