Pushing someone off the track through dangerous driving has a fixed penalty of race exclusion. Doing so on purpose (aggravated contact) has a fixed penalty of exclusion from the meeting and referral to the MSA Stewards. None of these have any endorsement record on the license, but on the assumption they've been sent home a few times, they must have pretty serious learning difficulties if they keep doing it.
