Absolutely astounded by much of the above. Teams exist because the market is there. Ban the teams, harm the clubs. If a driver or father is fortunate enough (financially) to be in a team, is it their fault? I think that the presence of 'big teams' has nothing to do with putting people off. If you know the sport, you know it makes no difference. It's these fabricated mythys that harm the sport way more than a large awning ever will.

As for CRB checks - truly pathetic to even suggest this is necessary. People like you are responsible for the society we live in where we have to consult a solicitor before thinking of leaving the house. If you think a worthless history check is going to stop someone with real intent, you are out of touch.

This thread, in my opinion, is a complete load of b******s. I have commented because I couldn't help not to. Get a grip gentlemen, this is embarassing.
