I recently had experience if watching a senior Max race at PFI for the first time with a driver on the grid. We have always raced TKM and I now know why. Rotax drivers are either stupid or rich , I couldn't quite work out which was which but the driving standards were appalling and the clerking inadequate probably because there was so much contact the clerks would be unable to keep up. There seems to be a class culture that barging pushing and punting each other off is acceptable and an attitude if you can't beat them then just join in.It was mad , bad and dangerous . I think some had a death wish and it won't probably wont be stopped unless there is a fatality I am sorry to say . Clubs and the MSA need to get a grip . We won't be back in Rotax because although I value my cheque book I value the life of my son more.
