Coming from a Single Seater racing background I have the correct tyre temperature probe with which to take tyre temps and did so earlier this year. I came to the conclusion that with a Cadet at least it was virtually impossible to achieve anything like optimum working temperatures when the track temperature was low (5-10 deg C). We could only achieve temps around 20-27 deg C. Higher pressures do help though.
