I have been reading the postings relating to the Super One Championship venues and have also listened to the opinions of why the Championship has only one visit to the south of England. The Super 1 Championship is a commercial venture and that being the case it is sensible for the operator to restrict his costs as much as possible, hence the consecutive dates of the two championships at Rowrah and Larkhall. When Neil Hann owned the Championship we at Clay Pigeon had the benefit of him living within 20 miles of this circuit, in which he had a financial interest. However, Neil still took his Championships to all part of the British Isles, including Northern Ireland. My criticism is of the Association of British Kart Clubs who should have ensured that their Championships visit all parts of the UK and visit as many National "A" licenced tracks as possible. These clubs support the ABkC and they should be supporting them and their competitors. I have the same criticism of the MSA - not a single venue south of Rissington for their Championships.
