The only issue I have with competing in club meetings is that there is very little competition you may get 30-50 entries but if your kid is good and is in his/her last year or 2 before moving up then he/she may get challenged by one or two other drivers, what is the point of becoming a trophy hunter. I don't get what people mean by talented kids from club level to compete, when I look at the timings of S1 the first 20 kids are within a second of each other, how much closer do you want to get? for me I love Superone, good competition, level playing field (too many cheaters at club meeting messing around with their wet tyres and engines) only travel is a downer. is Superone that really expensive? all the testing and travel to the circuits beforehand that is expensive and time consuming. but as someone has mentioned before we are now in trouble with the school as they will not allow time out for the Friday practice so I think that Superone should look at this and stop the Friday practice for under 16's
