Well, you seem to have an unused kart that is holologated until 31.12.15 so you will get some good use out of it. For the same money you may have been able to buy a used chassis holologated in 2011 but you would not know what knocks it had had.

The main issue is that you do not see many tonykart/kosmics in cadet racing and so spare [parts may be harder to find at many tracks.

The tonykart used to have a reputation as being a good chassis if you could get it set up correctly but that was far harder than on the more popular chassis such as Zip Storm/Lightning.

With a Zip you could post on this forum and lots of people would be able to offer advice on set-up but you may find it harder to find good advice for your kosmic.
