yesterday at a track, they used a black flag in practice for any contact, bad driving etc, the offending driver was flagged, brought in and ticked off, and told if he got another that would be the end of his/her practice and it worked brilliantly, the whole day passed virtually incident free I wonder if this would be a way forward on race days rather than taking a child in the office and giving them a ticking off or DQ ? it would also stop the offender from going on to win/ gain from the offence, they could simply be flagged, have to come down pit lane, receive their ticking off, then be released back onto the track to complete the race obviously further back, save on paperwork, and free up COC's, stewards time etc and they also wouldn't have to put up with cadet parents!!
