We replaced a CMR Koden with a CMR MT after an accident recently. My lad is more than happy with the fit and comfort of it, it seems to have less padding than the Koden inside but he has no comfort issues for the relatively short time it's on during a race weekend. I'm happy with it from a safety POV as its passed the tests & the Koden stood up well with the same safety standard. Of course an Arai or Bell is better in many ways, inc padding, durability etc but in terms of safety not sure they are, they all pass the same test. I would say the visor is a fiddle to change if you keep using the little washers, that's the worst thing about it. Also, if you don't have an Arai or Bell shaped head they're not that great to wear.
