whilst there wil always be incidents / accidents in any form of competative sport especially motorsport, it is 100% the responsibility of the relevents club / commitee to ensure the they provide a safe place / conditions / arena to compete in.
As I said before, the new layout at PFI had caused several bad accidents under the new bridge section up until recently. Many people protested and complained at all levels. The club responded very positively and have introduced strict new starting procedures which have reduced the incidents significantly.
When you have a large grid of 25-30 plus drivers driving into a tight corner at speeds of over 55 mph you will 100% for sure always have an accident no matter what you tell the drivers. At the end of the day these are 11-14 year old lads being pumped up by their dads and teams to push and go for it.
I am afraid a new strict starting racism to reduce the speeds and very stiff punishments to the drivers is the only way to sole this simple problem.
