this has been happening for years, its called a nigerian 914 scam. You will get a few more emails now from their friends claiming to have Ł18,000,000 pounds they want to transfer into your bank account, but first you have to pay the transfer fee of Ł3,500 !! ha ha if you google nigerian 914 scams you will see a list of them.
