If it's an 11 with a nylon liner you mean and not a 13, then sometimes when the liner is fitted it protrudes EVER so slightly from above the sprocket surface, so that the nut will squeeze it when it's tightened

We had this happen before, so our engine builder helped out - took a very sharp knife and just trimmed back the nylon that stuck out - sprocket back on and away we went :)
