some people never touch them and some replace frequently so there is a wide range of ideas on this one ............you pays your money and you takes your choice!!

for what it is worth.... I fit new bearings when they start to get really noisy. I remove the dust covers and wash all the grease out then use WD40 before EVERY race. I then wash the bearing with oil/fuel mixture after each meeting which ensures they are clean and ready for the next time out.

I expect you will get variations of answers to this, but it works for us!

I have no affiliation to any bearing or lubrication manufacturer!!!!!!!!!!! :)
