A lot of good points have been raised on this forum
But I think a lot of comments made are missing the reason as to why the MSA are bringing in the new regulations.
SAFETY it is considered that the lap times for cadets is getting faster all the time?
It is not just a case of slowing down the Honda engines but coma and the new engine if required.
As the regulation states it will be reviewed by the 1st March 2013 and if required giving 28 days notice can be altered
