i think this will have a MASSIVE effect on the honda class, i only heard of this yesterday and yet i am now going to sell up and go iame if nothing can be done about this,
this will hurt the fast drivers the most, ie if you have a lap time of 60 secs and are at the limit of the engine compared to average pack on a 59 sec lap at the limit of their skill they will then all be going at the same speed so it will just be pot luck who wins!
the honda will now become a second division "hobby" class with all the fast drivers having no choice but to go Iame,
also,long term what effect will this have on the engine? it was not built to be restricted

does anyone on here have the knowledge / ability to post up a downloadable petition orsomething we can all get together on to present to our clubs and the msa? i would really like to stay honda but is now looking very unlikely
