Since when has motorsport not been about money. BFD's system works for him and there is more than one way to skin a cat.
There is nothing wrong with what bfd is saying about braking and letting the driver drive. And i fully understand his theory that if you focus on turn in you are going to find a natural braking point that allows you to turn in and get to your apex well as the driver picks up speed and confidence.
In fact i know a few good drivers who have said they focus more on the apex and they know the later they brake and the earlier they get on the throttle but maintain that apex then they will be quick.
Whilst i would never agree with beefing up pods and using any type of contact in racing, and i mean any type of contact, i.e no pushing, no nudging, or any other contact to gain an advantage i think a lot of what he says makes sense.
