Tell him to make sure he stays in the tow of the kart in front, otherwise he will never be able to catch up again. Tow is worth 3 tenths per lap.

You don't really notice the much lower gearing at Wigan because there is only really 2 moderately slow corners on the track - the kart will feel slow out of these, but no a problem!
