Lippy Snr, agree with you regarding Rowrah, Mal and his team couldnt have been more helpful, same as when we go to Llandow under your benevolent dictatorship. Maybe its because you guys are out on a limb geographically that you take such a pragmatic approach?

Anyway as a serial offender who has forgotten his licence a couple of times, as well as washing it and recycling my upgrade card, I still find it hard to understand the inability of the MSA data to be available to all officials via the internet to mitigate against these sort of hiccups. All MSA licence members have the ability to log in to the online licencing system - in cases like these should not this be available as a backup? Ok every occasion can be recorded via a note to the MSA, and if you do it more than twice in a season say then some censure be applied. But the technologies there, just waiting to be used.

Having said that I now keep my MSA credit card licence in my wallet and often try to pay for petrol with it. Mr Johnson keeps me that poor...
